This is a door-to-door service for learners who have completed their driver training. If you have passed your driving assessment with us, you will be provided with a fully-fitted dual controlled car which will be fully insured to meet DVSA requirements for the day of your driving test.
Your instructor will pick you up from the agreed location an hour before your test. You will drive to the test centre to warm yourself up. Whilst you are at the test centre, you instructor will stay with you until your examiner takes you off to begin your test. During this time, you instructor will wait for you at the test centre. When you have finished your driving test, your instructor will listen to your feedback if you consent to this and find out with you if you have passed! After this, your driving instructor will drop you back to your agreed location.

Assessments will include independent driving with the use of a sat nav, verbal instructions and road signs. You will also be assessed on your ability to carry out all the manoeuvres that you will be tested on. There is a minimum requirement of five hours for this assessment. But as there is a lot to cover, there is a high possibility that there will need to be more time for your assessment to cover all these aspects of your driving as for factors such as your location to specific learning areas, your driving ability and traffic conditions may limit what can be covered in the two hours. This service is a requirement before any car hiring agreement for driving tests can be made. Driving instructors reserve the right to refuse the use of their cars if you are not quite at the standards you need to be for your driving test.
A thorough assessment will provide you with more thorough feedback on what is required from you to drive safely. There will be time at the end of the assessment to talk through and agree to a plan of action. If during the assessment your driving is unsafe, the assessment will need to stop. But do not worry as a lesson plan for the remainder of the time can be agreed to instead between you and your instructor. You can then both decide on the next steps towards achieving your driving goals.
