The full length of a lesson cam vary between 1.5 hours (pay-as-you go) to 3 hours (intensive courses). This will allow for factors such as traffic and more time needed to drive to a particular location in order to cover a specific learning area. Find out more about lessons here.
No. But you will be encouraged to critically reflect on your learning throughout your journey and will learn to link driving theory so it will be helpful for your own learning if you did. But don’t worry if you haven’t, the best time is to start now and you will be encouraged to do so by your instructor! If you need help with your theory we offer 1-2-1 support. You will learn in a Ford Fiesta 1.0L which is fully-fitted with dual controls. These are pedals on the driving instructors side which will allow them to take over the control of the car at any point to keep you and others safe.
The car isn’t isn’t too big or small! Feels light and smooth to drive. Nice little neat car to help you feel comfortable to learn in 🙂
